Miami Valley Foreman's Club
Our
goal is to publicize our effort of all trades working together as
a team. We are striving to bring back ideas of craftsmanship and
efficiency with the various Union names. Eliminating the modern stereotype
of Union workers is one of our main goals. We hope for dedication
to projects, the growth of our Union trades, and the praise that
comes with being a great worker. Some of the projects we are
looking forward to are Habitat for Humanity, Red Cross efforts,
F.O.P. Youth Programs and the Rebuilding of Dayton.
MVFC
will be holding bi-monthly meetings and we strongly urge members
for input on how we can better serve the community and ideas on
how we can grow as a club. Each field represented has a different
perspective and we would like to hear from all involved.
We
would like to have at least one person from all trades. All we ask
is that you attend at least three MVFC meetings a year, be open
minded, and voice any opinion you might have. We strive to make
membership an honor you will enjoy.
Meetings
are generally held at 6:00 p.m. on the third Wednesdays of
January, March, May, July, September, and November at the IBEW
Local No. 82 Hall located at 6550 Poe Avenue in Dayton.
To
check on meeting details, or to register, please call Tammy at the National Electrical Contractors Association -
Western Ohio Chapter at (937) 299-0384 or email her at: wocneca@choiceonemail.com.
